Hi my name is Isha Taylor and I’m a licensed Esthetician and Physician Assistant. After 13 years of working in the medical field, I discovered my love for skincare and Esthetics. I have a long history of Acne and was under the care of my own esthetician where I became intrigued with the field. I took the big plunge and enrolled in the Aveda Institute where I learned my craft. After graduation I decided to work as a solo business owner and saw the need for an esthetician in the Moreno Valley, CA and Inland Empire area. Cancellation Policy
My goal is to provide quality skincare services to all my clients in a timely manner. When you book an appointment you are holding a space on my calendar that is no longer available to other clients. In order to be respectful of my time and other clients, it is important to notify me of any needed schedule changes. Appointments are in high demand and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. Skin Deep By Isha charges a 100% service cancellation fee for any no call/no show and same day appointment cancellations. If you cancel 24 hours in advance you will not be charged a cancellation fee and your deposit will not be returned. You will be allowed to reschedule one time only and another deposit will have to be paid to reschedule if you were to cancel a second time. A NO CALL/NO SHOW will cause you to be banned from future bookings unless you pay the full price of the requested service in advance. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
